North Dakota state law requires that all donations of $200 or more (in aggregate) be reported with the donor's name, mailing address, total amount donated, and last donation date. Donations of $5,000 or more (in aggregate) must also include information about the donor's occupation. Therefore, this information is collected from all donors, but not reported unless donations meet either threshold.
